Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

We currently offer standard shipping within the United States. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 (before tax).
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your package.
Heat & Weather Disclaimer
Our products are made with natural ingredients and may soften or melt in high temperatures. We strongly recommend bringing packages indoors as soon as possible after delivery.
Drifting Breeze is not responsible for product changes due to heat exposure once the package has been marked as delivered.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Drifting Breeze is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at driftingbreeze2@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a carrier claim if necessary.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, customers will be responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.
